• Accurate speed regulation: advanced motor frequency regulation control technology is adopted to make the speed regulation of the machine in starting and production accurate and stable, and the digital display of filling speed. The whole machine is controlled by PC program with high degree of automation.
• Structural hygiene: all parts in contact with beverages are made of high-quality stainless steel, all liquid and gas pipes are made of internal and external polishing pipes, and all sealing rings in contact with beverages are made of NBR or silicone rubber for food, meeting the hygiene requirements.
• The structure of the capping machine is advanced: the capping head adopts magnetic screwing cap, which can adjust the required torque according to different bottle caps, and is suitable for various types of plastic caps; the selective cap adopts tooth shaped device, and the slide way of the lower cap is equipped with a cap detection device, so as to ensure that there is no reverse cap and no bottle does not send the cap.
