Description
This machine is a filling capping 2-in-1 monblock, it is suitable
for mineral water, purified water, spring water, juiced beverage
and other non-carbonated beverage production. it's capacity is
about 4000 bottles per hour (500ml PET bottle).

Filling part
1). The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the
thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.
2). The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless.
3). Filling method is gravity filling.
4). Filling valve manufactured by SUS304.
5). The filling valve structure design is reasonable, the filling
quantity is accurate.
Capping part
The capping machine is the highest precision in 3-in-1 unit
