5L Pure Water Filling Machine: BXGF9-9-4 washing, filling, capping
3 in 1 unit is new type equipment, which base on years’ usual

different bottle size via one set. The suspension card bottleneck
is adopted to make changing the bottle size more convenient. 5L
Pure Water Filling Machine is mainly used to non-carbonated
beverage (pure water, mineral water or even oil filling).

(1) The 5L Pure Water Filling Machine has suspending bottle-neck
clamping design make the bottle stable during the high-speed moving
conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of
production of different types of bottles easily.

grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle’s screw
thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the
interior of the bottle.

(4) Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of
screw capping can be adjusted steplessly. Capping is reliable and
do no harm to the caps.
